2015 will be remembered for ever. Nepal was hit by two big and by more than 60 smaller shocks during the last month. People were in shock by those devastating events. About 390.000 habitants from Kathmandu left the Kathmandu Valley to other districts to take care for their family and look for safety. A few weeks ago, Ernst and me, we went there for the fourth time. Somehow, it is becoming so ‘normal’ to arrive in Kathmandu: the arrival at the airport, finding our way in the city, our favourite restaurants, negotiating with the cab drivers, etc. It’s getting more and more relaxed. This time, we stayed in Patan, a suburb at the south of Kathmandu. We had a very simple, basic guesthouse for only € 6,- per night. Quite a new experience….
